Marketing Coordinator (Entry-level)

Position: Marketing Coordinator (Entry-level)
Location: Work is shared between two offices located in Hawkesbury and Montreal
Status: Open position

DART is currently looking for a dynamic and creative candidate that will coordinate: the shows & events in North America, Europe and emerging markets, the advertising strategy, creative reviews, product marketing initiatives, product launches and public relations. The candidate will be working under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.


  • Support the shows & events activities including travel planning, product coordination and shipping coordination
  • Create and update the content on the company intranet
  • Create and update technical presentation slides to support the sales team
  • Coordinate & monitor the advertising strategy
  • Assist in updating the DART website based on the calendar of content to highlight new products and key events
  • Monitor and analyse website analytics
  • Program the company eblasts
  • Support product launches in mature and emerging markets
  • Coordinate direct marketing and promotional activities
  • Sales collateral creation, coordination and writing
  • Update the budget expenditures and compare its evolution against the forecast to highlight disparities


  • 2 years of pertinent experience in a similar position preferably in sectors like aerospace, high-tech, engineering services or merchandizing a nice-to-have
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, commerce or any related fields
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapid pace environment
  • Organization, rigour and critical sense
  • Creative, excellent people skills and an upbeat & enthusiastic personality
  • Strong skillset in manipulating large amount of data in Excel using advanced functions (pivots, macros)
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and pricing models applied to business strategy
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with teams
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in French is a strong asset. Basic knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese and/or Mandarin is a nice-to-have
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Experience with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Magento and html programming is an asset
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Good copywriting skills
