Regional Sales Manager - EMEA & Russia


Open position - Urgent


DART has been growing at a rapid pace over the last few years. To sustain its rapid growth, we are now committed to increase our customer-facing team by adding a regional sales manager position in the Europe, Africa, Middle East & Russian markets. We aim at strengthening our presence in these regions by increasing our customer facing personnel. We are looking for a strong candidate that can lead the sales activities in these regions.


  • In charge of creating and executing the regional sales plan and strategy
  • In charge of key customer accounts for a specific territory
  • In charge of closing deals and meeting annual sales target
  • In charge of the customer relationships (participation in site visits, events, trade shows, etc.)
  • Visit customers on a regular basis with a structured approach depending on the potential of the customer
  • Actively promote the wide range of DART products and aftermarket services (R&O) to customers
  • Act as a problem solver with the customers and work with engineering/operations to come out with customized solutions
  • Prepare encompassing offers / contractual agreement with customers (fleet solutions, value proposition, supply agreement)
  • Deliver the product/service sales pitch and sell the value proposition (benefits, $$$ savings, etc.)
  • Have authority to negotiate prices & contracts within an agreed margin with the organization
  • Collects new product development ideas from customers
  • Collects and provides feedback from customers on competitor’s products and regional market trends
  • Participates in new year pricing strategies
  • Support the planning of the regional warehouse (min/max quantity, products required in inventory)


  • Years of experience: Over 10 years in the helicopter industry or any related fields preferable
  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role
  • Experience in dealing with large accounts in the aerospace market an asset. Helicopter experience preferred.
  • Experience with international sales accounts, Europe an asset
  • Field experience (pilot, mechanics, maintenance) is a strong asset
  • Deep understanding of the buying cycles of large helicopter operators and completion centers
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for results and customer focus
  • A university degree in business administration, commerce or any related fields is a strong asset
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with the executive level (VP’s and President)
  • Fluent in English. French an asset. Basic working knowledge of another language is a nice-to-have.
  • Experience working with a CRM preferred.


  • Compensation will be based on experience
  • Compensation will consist of a base salary and a bonus incentive program based on annual sales performance
  • Competitive benefit package offered
  • Extensive travels to customer sites and industry events will be required (global)
